What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards via PayPal, bank transfers via ATM, online banking, and by cash at any Thai bank. CASH ONLY at our physical shops.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping and handling is FREE on all orders over 2,500THB. A shipping and handling fee of 150THB is applied to orders below this amount.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping time is 1-4 business days from the time you pay for your order. Bangkok and some other nearby areas are often overnight if you order before 10AM. We ship at 11am each business day and send tracking numbers by 2pm.

Where can you ship?

We can ship to any address in Thailand including hotels by traceable EMS post.

I am having issues checking out with PayPal, what can I do to complete my Payment?

There are various reasons why your PayPal transaction may fail. The main reason is most likely because your account is from a country other than Thailand and you have not added your Thai shipping address to your PayPal profile. The easiest thing to do is to checkout using the payment option “PayPal isn’t working” and then manually send your payment to our PayPal address “support at phukethealthshop.com”

Where is my order?

Please refer to the tracking number we sent you for information about your package. If you shipped to a condo, office building or an estate and the tracking indicates delivered, you will most likely find your parcel was left with the staff or security office. “Carded” on the tracking information means the post office attempted to deliver the package and you can retrieve your parcel from the post office indicated on the tracking page.

Can I Order by Phone or email?

No. In order to maintain accurate inventory and fast handling of your order we do not accept orders by phone or by email. Please place your order on the website.

How do I know your products are authentic?

We purchase all of our products from the official registered distributors in Thailand. You can find this information on each of the product manufacturers websites. If we sold counterfeit product we would not be in business since 2010!

Your shopping cart and checkout forms are not in my native language, how can I fix this?

Our shopping cart language is determined by your default browser language preferences. Please change your browser language settings to match your native language. If your not sure how to do this, please google “change my browser language” for instructions.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No. We do not accept cash on delivery as a payment option. We ship all items via EMS post which is traceable.  Please see our guarantee for our return and refund policies.

Do you offer any discounts?

We strive to offer the best possible service and prices on every product we carry. Therefore, our prices already reflect the maximum possible discount.

Can I buy your products wholesale?

Our pricing is already deeply discounted. You can, however receive 5% off orders over ฿20,000 by using coupon code: WHOLESALE on the bottom of your shopping cart page.

Do you offer advice or recommendations on the products you sell?

We provide information on every product we sell from the manufacturers on the product detail pages.  Our customer service staff is not equipped to offer advice or recommendations on products at this time in English.
